Ok I called XM the other day and thay gave me the XM Everything Package plus the BOS and online radio for $33.10 for 3 months so today I paid the bill the card got decline, tried again card got decline and then tried again card got decline, so I checked my account and notice they took out $99.30 or $33.10 for 3 times even though the card got decline I called XM and they said no money has been taken out and they each of the $33.10 was just holds on my account and would be released now I dont have a Checking account or a Credit card so this was a pre-paid debit card so I understand that may be the reason but i am worried.

Does anyone know if the reason is cause it was a Pre-Paid card, I am just worried is all, so would like feedback if I could thanks.

Andy

These were authorizations and not charges. It may take 10 business days for those funds to appear back on your gift card. You need to contact the gift card company for details.

It was denied because you cannot pay for the XM service with a pre-paid credit card. It has to be a regular credit card, debit card, or an XM gift card.

If you want to use a prepaid card, I believe you can use Green Dot or similar reloadable prepaid cards.

Its best NOT to announce your on a goverment check here for privacy reasons. Anyhow you should just open a regular checking account at a bank and get a normal debit card then you can use that debit card for what you wish including for XM. You can have your goverment check go DD to the bank.
